Case handling and results

In order to assist you, we need information and often pictures. Also, we will participate, in asking further questions regarding the case.

We asses every case, and evaluate whether it is a case we will take on. It can happen that we dismiss a case.

When we have collected all the information we need, we will make a plan and strategy for solving the case. During the investigation, it is often an advantage to be in contact with you to co-ordinate actions as the case progresses.

You will receive written reports during the investigation with results and outcome with digital photo documentation.

You can be assured that every step we take is in full agreement with you. At any time you can stop an investigation immediately, if necessary.
